Job summary

Failte Solar, a market-leading solar equipment distributor, is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our growing team in Little Island, Cork, Ireland. You will help receive, store, pick, pack and dispatch goods efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key attributes include attention to detail, physical fitness and basic computer skills. Prior warehouse experience is welcome but not essential as full training is provided in a supportive, renewable-energy focused company.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail is essential for accurate receiving, stocking and dispatching.
• Organisational skills help maintain an orderly warehouse.
• Physical fitness is required to lift/move items and stand for extended periods.
• Basic computer skills are advantageous for inventory systems and emails.

We specialise in supplying and distributing high-quality solar panels, battery storage solutions, and energy efficiency upgrades. We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our growing team.

Location: Little Island, Cork, Ireland

Start Date: Immediate

Role Overview

As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a key role in the smooth running of our warehouse operations. You will be responsible for receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching goods accurately and efficiently. This position requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

· Receive and check incoming goods against delivery notes.

· Safely store products in designated locations.

· Pick and pack orders accurately for dispatch.

· Prepare and label shipments for delivery.

· Assist with stock counts and inventory control.

· Keep the warehouse clean, organised, and safe.

Requirements

· Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is desirable but not essential.
