Job summary

Amazon Ireland Support Services Limited is seeking a Technical Infrastructure Program Manager to lead the design, acquisition, and deployment of telecommunications services for the Fulfillment Network. You will align customer needs with team capabilities, participate in reviews, and drive delivery across cross-functional teams.

You will manage WAN infrastructure programs, work with vendors and engineering, and apply Agile/Lean practices to keep programs on time and within scope.

Qualifications

• Experience leading cross-functional projects and large programs.
• Experience in infrastructure architecture, networking, and databases.
• Experience working across teams and influencing others.
• Strong written and verbal communication to senior leadership.
• Experience in project/program management.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related technical field.

Responsibilities

• Interface for the full lifecycle (Order, budget and tracking) of wireless, voice and data circuits.
• Obtain circuit quotes based on validated customer requirements.
• Define infrastructure requirements and dependencies for mature technical products.
• Ensure circuit sizing, installation, and augmentation comply with Amazon policies.
• Manage projects, identify risks, and communicate with stakeholders.
• Ask technical questions to ensure appropriate trade-offs in infrastructure builds.
• Clear blockers and accelerate progress with timely decisions.
• Coordinate across teams and vendors; adapt builds to varying scenarios.
• Generate consolidated status reports for IT leadership and stakeholders.
• Attend vendor quarterly business reviews across EU.
• Improve project and process efficiency; optimize cross-team processes.
