Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.
• 3+ years of network engineering experience.
• 5+ years of technical program management experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive hardware and software programs to meet customer demand.
• Manage cross-organizational programs on a global scale.
• Collaborate with Deployment Managers, engineers, and Data Center Technicians and senior management.
• Participate in Network Design engineering reviews.
• Run meetings, maintain timelines, inform groups of progress and obstacles.
• Develop solutions with engineers while monitoring timelines and costs.
• Ensure consistency in deployed configurations and track exceptions.
• Drive simplification in engineering and project management to unblock innovation.
