Job summary

The Hoxton in Dublin is seeking an enthusiastic hospitality host to be the face of our guests’ experience, bringing warmth and a personal touch from arrival through departure.

You’ll collaborate with the F&B team to maintain smooth service, create a welcoming atmosphere, and respond to guest requests with proactive solutions that exceed expectations. We value a positive, flexible attitude and a willingness to contribute to a fun, high-energy team.

The Hoxton, Dublin is home to 129 bedrooms of varying sizes, a lobby bar, historic bar, large ground floor restaurant and lobby restaurant.

Job Description

What you’ll do…

• Simply put - you’re the face of our guests’ experience and you bring your own flavour to the(ir) table, making sure that from the moment they arrive to when they leave, they’re having a great time.
• Work with the F&B team in keeping things running smoothly.
• Create a fun and relaxed atmosphere where guests come to wind down and enjoy themselves.
• Provide a genuinely welcoming and memorable experience for our guests, from a Hox welcome, to handling any questions and helping out with requests.
• Anticipate needs and proactively provide solutions so that our guests’ expectations are not only met but exceeded.
