Job summary

Coopman Search & Selection are working with an aircraft leasing company to appoint a VP of Pricing. The role focuses on building detailed financial models for acquisitions and lease strategy, while analysing borrowing options and supporting CFO in business planning.

The VP will drive FP&A processes, provide variance analysis, forecast financial performance and liquidity, and spearhead process improvements with automation across the pricing function.

Qualifications

• Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent) with aircraft leasing exposure.
• Professional in customer-facing environments with strong presentation skills.
• Ability to run meetings, presentations and demonstrations including requirements gathering and documentation.
• Advanced skills in PowerPoint, Excel and Word.

• Prepare detailed financial models to support bids on aviation acquisitions and lease strategy.


• Analysis of borrowing options from financial institutions


• Provide support to the CFO in the preparation of business plans and budgets.


• Supporting FP&A closing process, providing in-depth variance analysis


• Responsible for all financial forecasting regarding financial performance, liquidity and investments


• Support new initiatives to accurately capture the changing dynamics in the market


• Drive process improvements and efficiencies through best practices and automation

Core Competencies:

• Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent) preferable with aircraft leasing exposure


• Good work ethic with a professional approach to working in customer facing environments


• Ability to run meetings, presentations and demonstrations which provide thorough solution design and implementation support eg. requirements gathering and documentation, solution design, project planning, training, testing, etc.


• Must be comfortable working in a project environment interacting with senior level executives


• Advanced user of PowerPoint, Word & Excel
