Job summary

Barden | B Corp, a well-established player in aircraft leasing, is seeking a senior finance partner to work closely with the leadership team. This role goes beyond traditional reporting, shaping key projects, acquisitions, and integrations during a dynamic growth phase.

You will bring ACA/ACCA/CIMA-level qualification, 7+ years PQE, IFRS expertise, and a proven ability to partner with senior stakeholders across the business.

Qualifications

• Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with 7+ years PQE.
• Aircraft leasing experience is essential.
• Strong background in financial reporting, business partnering and stakeholder management.
• Solid IFRS knowledge.
• Experience supporting projects, integrations or process improvement initiatives.
• Proactive, commercially minded and capable of driving workstreams independently.

This isn't your typical reporting focused finance role. The successful individual will act as a trusted partner to senior finance leadership, helping to drive key projects across the business, support acquisitions and integrations, bring structure to new initiatives and help navigate the next stage of growth.
