Coopman Search and Selection | B Corp™ is assisting a Dublin-based aircraft leasing platform to hire a Pricing Analyst/Senior Pricing Analyst. The role will shape pricing strategy across the portfolio, support asset sale and purchase decisions, and work closely with commercial, technical, and finance teams.

The ideal candidate has pricing or analytics experience and strong Excel skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance or related field.
• 1–3 years’ pricing, finance or analytical experience.
• Strong analytical, commercial, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Advanced Excel skills and pricing/analytical tools experience.

Do you have hands-on pricing experience within the aircraft leasing industry?

We are delighted to support a Dublin-based aircraft leasing platform to hire of a Pricing Analyst/Senior Pricing Analyst. This role will play a key part in shaping pricing strategy across the portfolio, supporting asset sale and purchase decisions, and working closely with commercial, technical, and finance teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Support all pricing activities within the Portfolio Services function.
• Develop and execute pricing strategies aligned with company growth, profitability, and performance targets.
• Partner closely with commercial, technical, and finance teams to ensure consistent, value-driven decision-making.
• Monitor market and portfolio pricing trends, adjusting strategies as required.
• Prepare and present pricing analysis and recommendations to senior management and the Board.
• Oversee pricing models, tools, and systems, ensuring accuracy and governance.
• Ensure all pricing decisions comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Support asset sale and purchase decisions to optimise portfolio outcomes.

Core Competencies

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related discipline.
• 1-3 years’ experience in pricing, finance, or a related analytical role
• Strong analytical, commercial, and problem-solving capability.
