Job summary

Kroll is seeking an ambitious Director in Dublin to lead forensic accounting, expert witness and litigation support engagements across Ireland and internationally. You will manage complex cases, nurture key client relationships, and mentor junior staff while driving quality and risk management.

You will work with leading law firms, financial institutions and corporates, overseeing multi-jurisdictional matters and contributing to business development and market presence.

Qualifications

• Qualified Accountant with ACA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent.
• 10+ years in forensic accounting, disputes, investigations or related fields.
• Strong experience delivering expert reports for litigation/arbitration.
• Proven ability to develop client relationships and generate revenue.

Responsibilities

• Lead forensic accounting, expert witness, investigations and litigation support engagements.
• Direct complex financial analyses including loss quantification and damages.
• Collaborate with solicitors, barristers, clients and other experts.
• Lead client engagements from proposal to completion, including budgeting and resourcing.
• Mentor junior team members and promote high professional standards.
