Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking an Omnichannel Solutions Product Manager within Merchant Services in Ireland. The role bridges strategy and execution, owning requirements, and delivering end-to-end omnichannel payments solutions for merchants.

You will lead cross-functional teams with Product and Technology to translate insights into actionable product plans and scalable releases across in-store and digital channels.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in payments and merchant ecosystems.
• Deep knowledge of European omnichannel payments and card terminals.
• Ability to translate strategy into scoped roadmaps and delivery plans.
• Experience working with clients and engineers in tech environments.
• Proven thinker in omnichannel payments and innovation.
• Strong capability to translate customer insights into requirements.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategy into delivery plan, launch approach, and execution rhythm.
• Define end-to-end solution requirements and artifacts across journeys.
• Map platform needs to current capabilities and prioritise gaps.
• Collaborate with Technology and stakeholders to agree scope and milestones.
• Lead configuration of products to fit complex client use cases.
• Translate customer needs into actionable product requirements.
• Synthesize insights into clear product requirements and prioritise delivery.
