Responsibilities

• Define and operationalize the analytics strategy and measurement frameworks.
• Analyze participant behavior, campaign performance, and lifecycle data.
• Develop segmentation strategies to improve targeting and personalization.
• Create executive dashboards and tell data-backed stories for senior leadership.
• Partner with Marketing, Product, Technology to enable data-driven decision-making.
