Job summary

Citi Dublin is seeking a senior architect/developer to lead design and development of data and reporting applications within the Futures and Derivatives Clearing Technology group. You will work with business analysts, QA, and other teams to deliver scalable, secure, and cloud-native solutions using microservices.

The role emphasizes leadership, collaboration, and hands-on technical delivery, with a hybrid work model up to 2 days at home per week and a market-competitive base salary.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering or equivalent.
• Experience leading solution architecture and development across front-end, back-end and data architecture.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Angular/React, Spring Boot/Cloud, APIs, AWS and Docker.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of data and reporting applications using microservices cloud-native architecture.
• Provide technical direction and drive improvements across development and release cycles.
• Collaborate with business users, stakeholders, and other teams to define problems and solutions.
• Ensure robust testing and monitoring in production environments.
• Mentor team members and foster a collaborative learning culture.
