Job summary

Citi Dublin is seeking a development lead for the Data and Reporting platform. You will lead a team to deliver best-in-class technical solutions, architect data and reporting components, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align with business needs.

You will work in a hybrid setup (up to 2 days at home/week) with a competitive base salary and comprehensive benefits as part of Citi's technology group.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, math/statistics or equivalent.
• Hands-on leadership of solution architecture and development across frontend and backend.
• Experience with cloud-native and microservices architectures.
• Security best practices, CI/CD, and modern testing approaches.
• BI reporting tools and API integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of data/reporting applications using best engineering practices.
• Provide technical direction across development phases and define problems with innovative solutions.
• Collaborate with business users, stakeholders, and multiple teams to align solutions.
• Design software with microservices, cloud-native architecture, and testable components.
• Drive CI/CD adoption and DevOps practices following Citi standards.
• Partner with QA and Support to ensure robust production stability.
