Job summary

Citi Dublin is seeking a Lead Full Stack Developer/VP to architect, develop and deploy next‑generation applications powering custody, fund accounting, and asset servicing. You will lead a global team, remain hands‑on with Java, React/Angular, REST/GraphQL, Kafka, Docker and Kubernetes, and drive architectural governance in a hybrid work environment.

You will guide senior developers, translate business goals into robust technical solutions, and partner with multiple stakeholders to deliver

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Applications Development or similar leadership role.
• Strong backend and frontend full‑stack expertise.
• Proficient in Java and Spring Boot; API design with REST/GraphQL.
• Experience with React or Angular; event-driven architectures.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design and implement scalable full‑stack apps.
• Hands‑on development across backend, frontend, and APIs (REST/GraphQL).
• Set standards for coding, testing, debugging and deployment.
• Design real‑time data processing with Apache Kafka.
• Champion Docker containerization and Kubernetes orchestration; CI/CD pipelines.
• Partner with management/stakeholders to align tech with business goals.
• Resolve high‑impact problems, evaluate processes and systems.
• Ensure risk management and regulatory compliance per Citi standards.
