Job summary

You will manage people, coordinate with the field VM team, and drive sales while maintaining brand standards and visual storytelling across the store. Experience in luxury retail and strong leadership are essential.

• Ownership and diligence with high standards of presentation.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient shop floor operations and highest levels of customer service.
• Lead personnel, product, merchandising and store processes.
• Participate in weekly management and staff meetings.
• Communicate promotions to staff and keep sales floor and POS updated.
• Drive sales and exceed store targets through motivated teamwork and VM excellence.
• Train staff on product knowledge and VM standards.
