Qualifications

• Experience supervising or specializing in premium or luxury brand retail.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the efficient running of the shop floor to achieve high levels of customer service, sales and profit.
• Support management in personnel, product & merchandising functions, processes and results.
• Participate in weekly management meetings and staff meetings.
• Clearly communicate marketing and sales promotions to staff.
• Drive shop floor sales and exceed store targets by motivating the team.
• Foster a positive store experience and treat staff and customers fairly.
• Support training on product knowledge and store maintenance.
• Perform manager-on-duty duties including opening/closing and floor management.
