Qualifications

• Supervisory or specialist experience in premium or luxury brands.
• People management experience with conflict resolution.
• Strong communication and collaboration to win and inspire teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead store teams to generate sales, maximize profits, and deliver outstanding customer experiences.
• Identify opportunities to grow the business and improve performance through collaboration.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and communicate with VM teams.
• Partner with store management to build opportunities and meet standards.
• Ensure staff accountability and build repeat customer relationships with exceptional service.
• Conduct regular store walkthroughs and analyze product performance and inventory levels.
• Communicate sales drivers to the Store Manager and develop weekly action plans.
• Develop staff through recruitment and succession planning.
• Participate in weekly management meetings and communicate goals and priorities.
