Job summary

Murphy Home, Ireland’s leading independent furniture retailer, is seeking a Visual Merchandiser to design and implement attractive store layouts that reflect our brand standards. You will collaborate with the Store Manager and VM Manager to optimize product flow and create engaging in-store displays, including seasonal promotions.

The role emphasizes independence, strong communication, and a customer-focused approach, with a Monday–Friday schedule and occasional weekend work to meet business

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year visual merchandising experience or related qualification.
• Experience in interiors desirable.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and with a team.
• Weekday schedule; occasional weekend work may be required.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain store visual presentation.
• Coordinate furniture and accessory placement per standards.
• Lead flow of products to sales areas with Store/VM Managers.
• Organise and check products in each section.
• Develop in-store displays and seasonal visuals.
• Install seasonal and promotional POS and support events.
