Bestseller Retail Ireland Limited is seeking a retail sales assistant for our Vila store at Pavilions Shopping Centre, Swords, on a seasonal contract for 8 hours a week. The role is fully flexible with weekend work expected.

You will provide exceptional customer service, greet customers, assist with product selection, handle payments, and keep the store tidy while staying responsive to shopper needs.

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join the team. This position will require the successful candidate to be flexible for week & weekend work.

Job description: Fully Flexible - Seasonal

• This role is a customer service based role - the main objective is the provide exceptional service at all times
• Greeting customers who enter the shop
• Assisting shoppers to find the goods and products they are looking for
• Being responsible for processing cash and card payments
• Answering queries from customers
• Giving advice and guidance on product selection to customers
• Balancing cash registers with receipts
• Dealing with customer refunds
• Keeping the store tidy and clean, this includes hovering and mopping
• Responsible dealing with customer complaints
• Receiving and storing the delivery of large amounts of stock
• Keeping up to date with special promotions and putting up displays
