Bestseller Retail Ireland Limited seeks a retail sales assistant for the Vila store at Mahon Point Shopping Centre, Cork. This seasonal, fully flexible role offers 8 hours per week on a seasonal contract. You will greet customers, assist with products, handle payments, and support stock and display management.

The position requires a friendly, proactive team player who can work week and weekend shifts and deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join the team. This position will require the successful candidate to be flexible for week & weekend work.

Job description: Fully Flexible - Seasonal

• This role is a customer service based role - the main objective is the provide exceptional service at all times
• Greeting customers who enter the shop
• Assisting shoppers to find the goods and products they are looking for
• Being responsible for processing cash and card payments
• Answering queries from customers
• Giving advice and guidance on product selection to customers
• Balancing cash registers with receipts
• Dealing with customer refunds
• Keeping the store tidy and clean, this includes hovering and mopping
• Responsible dealing with customer complaints
• Receiving and storing the delivery of large amounts of stock
• Keeping up to date with special promotions and putting up displays
