Tines is hiring a Video Content Specialist in Ireland. You will develop compelling video stories for IT and AI leaders, owning end‑to‑end production from concept to publish.

You’ll work with Content Marketing, Brand teams, freelancers, and agencies to bring ideas to life and tailor content for YouTube, LinkedIn, and paid placements. You will join a newsroom‑style content group, bringing journalistic instincts and hands‑on editing skills, with frequent collaboration across teams and occasional

Qualifications

• 5+ years producing video content with strong storytelling and technical execution.
• Editorial initiative: curious, nose for a good story, pitches relevant ideas.
• Experience managing multiple video projects with freelancers/agencies.
• Strong storytelling instincts for complex technical topics and clear scripts.
• Hands‑on editing: combine interviews, screen recordings, graphics and text.

Responsibilities

• Find and develop stories: get to know builders and experts; pitch video ideas.
• Own day‑to‑day video production: manage schedules, shoots, contributors, approvals.
• Help shape original video series: plan with Content Marketing and Brand teams.
• Edit videos hands‑on; guide contributors and coordinate with editors/agencies.
• Manage productions: schedules, locations, approvals, deadlines across teams.
• Create for the channel: tailor videos for YouTube/LinkedIn; craft titles and thumbnails.
