Job summary

Quest Recruitment is seeking a Vice President for Hedge Fund Accounting in Dublin. This role combines leadership with client relationship management to ensure timely NAV production across your portfolio.

You will lead and mentor the hedge fund accounting team, oversee review and controls, and act as a senior point of contact for queries and escalations. A hybrid Dublin city centre pattern applies.

An award-winning financial services business is hiring a number of Vice Presidents for its Hedge Fund Accounting teams in Dublin. These opportunities have arisen through new client wins and growth across existing business.

Combining people leadership with client relationship management, you will take overall responsibility for the timely and accurate production of NAVs across your portfolio. You will support and develop your team, build strong client relationships and ensure consistently high standards of delivery.

The role

• Lead, mentor and develop a hedge fund accounting team, managing performance, workloads and priorities.
• Oversee timely and accurate NAV production, ensuring effective review and control processes.
• Manage client relationships, acting as a senior point of contact for queries, service reviews and escalations.
• Resolve complex accounting and operational issues, working closely with internal teams and clients.
• Support new business onboarding and identify opportunities to improve processes as the business grows.

Your experience

• A strong background in hedge fund accounting, with experience overseeing NAV delivery.
• Proven people management skills and a commitment to developing others.
• Confidence managing client relationships and handling escalations.
• Sound technical judgement, strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing deadlines.
