Our client in Ireland is seeking a Service Administrator to join the team in Gormanston, Co. Meath. This on-site role focuses on coordinating service visits, managing calls, and keeping customers informed.

You will work with field service engineers, account managers and the customer care team to ensure requests are handled promptly. A Monday-Thursday 8:30-17:00 and Friday 8:30-15:30 schedule applies.

Qualifications

• Experience in service administration, customer service or similar coordination role.
• Strong organisation skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Clear, professional communication by phone and email.

Responsibilities

• Schedule on-site service visits and manage engineers’ diaries.
• Coordinate parts and information needed for visits.
• Track planned maintenance visits and follow up on outstanding work.
