Job summary

IRISH COMMERICALS LTD. in Naas seeks an experienced Vehicle Paint Technician to deliver high-quality finishes on vehicles, ensuring client satisfaction through precise workmanship and professional service.

You will prepare surfaces, mix and apply paints, inspect finishes, maintain a clean workspace, and follow safety guidelines while collaborating with the team. Must have 3+ years post-apprenticeship experience and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 3+ years post-apprenticeship experience in vehicle painting or equivalent.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and precision in work.
• Excellent communication skills; computer literate.

Responsibilities

• Prepare vehicles for painting by masking, sanding and priming surfaces.
• Mix and apply paint to vehicles according to manufacturer's specifications.
• Conduct final inspections to ensure high-quality finishes.
• Perform touch-ups and repairs as necessary.
• Maintain a clean and organised work area.
• Follow all safety guidelines and procedures.
• Keep accurate records of work completed.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow.
• Participate in training and development programs as required by the Company.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to Management promptly.
• Undertake any other duties or activities as required.

Job Description

Job Purpose: To deliver high-quality paintwork and finishing on vehicles, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction through professional service and expertise.
