Flutter Entertainment is seeking a Group Indirect Tax Assistant Manager to join its Tax Team across London, Dublin and Leeds. You will support the global Indirect Tax Operating Model, design governance, and provide practical VAT advisory to stakeholders on business changes and market entries.

You’ll partner with Finance, Transformation, Technology and Operations to implement changes, address VAT risks and assist with audits, while maintaining high standards of regulatory compliance.

Formación

• Proven VAT and indirect tax experience across multiple jurisdictions.
• Ability to translate technical tax issues into practical advice.
• Experience with tax operating models, processes and controls.
• Strong stakeholder management across finance and business teams.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, with professional judgement.

Responsabilidades

• Support the global Indirect Tax Operating Model implementation and progression.
• Act as subject matter expert on indirect tax process design and governance.
• Collaborate with Finance, Transformation, Technology and Operations on changes and system implementations.
• Monitor processes for control gaps and risks; support remediation actions.
• Document global indirect tax processes and governance frameworks.
• Assist with group compliance and tax audits and queries.
• Provide VAT advisory support on business activities, market entries and transformations.
• Identify and mitigate VAT risks aligned to tax strategy.
• Work with senior tax team members on complex advisory matters.
• Coordinate with third-party advisers for specialist/local market advice.
