Society of Saint Vincent de Paul in Mullingar is seeking a dedicated Van Driver to support our Vincent's Mullingar furniture Store. You will ensure safe handling, loading and movement of furniture, bric-a-brac and donations in line with retail standards.
The role requires a Full Clean B License and at least 1 year driving experience with a clean record; knowledge of local roads and the ability to work on own initiative or as part of a team.
Salary range: €32,488.56 per annum; paid monthly

We are currently looking to recruit a Van Driver (Specific Purpose contract to cover sick leave) to join our Retailteam in Vincent's Mullingar furniture Store. The post holder will have responsibility for ensuring safe and efficient handling, lifting, and movement of furniture, along with bric-a-brac, donation bags, and similar items, ensuring that all goods are transported, loaded, and unloaded with due care. Additional duties support the wider logistical needs of the service as required. All duties must be carried out promptly and in full compliance with the Society’s retail standards, relevant legislation, and the SVP’s policies and ethos.
