Job summary

Bending Spoons seeks a talented product designer to shape high‑leverage UI/UX experiences using AI tools. You will collaborate with PMs and engineers from day one to translate ambitious ideas into delightful products.

You’ll prototype with Cursor and Claude Code, validate with customers, and help drive product strategy across Europe, with initial on‑site presence in Milan and flexible remote options for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Reasoning ability to solve complex problems from first principles
• Team spirit with collaborative mindset
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken)

Responsibilities

• Shape high-leverage product experiences from concept to delivery
• Start with an LLM to clarify intent and surface risks
• Prototype and build with AI using Cursor and Claude Code
• Co-create with PMs and engineers from day one
• Validate and measure with customers, funnels, retention, and adoption
• Identify highest-leverage bets from the backlog
