Job summary

DPS Group Global is seeking an Utilities Project Engineer to support the readiness of utility systems for a new fill-finish facility. The role requires on-site presence three days per week and close collaboration with construction, commissioning, and operations teams to ensure GMP compliance and timely handover.

The successful candidate will drive CMMS setup in Maximo, calibrations, and preventive-maintenance planning while coordinating with vendors and internal stakeholders to meet critical

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent.
• 3+ years in GMP manufacturing or pharmaceutical projects.
• Strong GMP/GDP, data integrity and EHS knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Execute project plan activities and report progress to F&E Manager.
• Establish CMMS readiness in Maximo including asset hierarchy.
• Coordinate commissioning and spare-parts readiness and budgets.
• Define calibration scope and ensure calibration docs and work orders are complete.
• Develop preventive-maintenance programmes and maintenance structures.
• Coordinate vendor/technician training readiness and content.
• Assess need for SLAs or maintenance agreements and coordinate drafts.
• Develop equipment SOPs and handover documentation for GMP operation.
• Support field walkdowns, issue resolution and initial calibration readiness.
• Collaborate with System Owners, Maintenance Supervisors, Quality and vendors to meet timelines.
