Job summary

EY’s UKI Technology Consulting practice is seeking an Oracle Fusion Financials and HCM Manager in Dublin to lead delivery of transformation, implementation and managed services engagements. You will shape practical cloud solutions, guide delivery teams and build trusted client relationships across public and private sector organisations.

You will influence solution design, support business development, facilitate workshops and ensure successful deployment from design through post-launch support.

Qualifications

• Strong functional knowledge of Oracle Fusion Financials and/or HCM.
• Experience across GL, payables, receivables, payroll, HR modules is ideal.
• Ability to translate business needs into cloud solutions.
• Excellent communication and leadership of senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle Fusion implementation, optimization and transformation engagements.
• Design end-to-end Oracle Cloud solutions aligned to business objectives.
• Facilitate client workshops, gather requirements, shape future-state processes.
• Manage blended delivery teams and governance, risk, stakeholders.
• Guide testing, cutover, deployment and post-launch support.
• Contribute to proposals, client presentations and EY's Oracle practice.

The opportunity

Join a growing Oracle practice and help organisations get more value from Oracle Fusion Cloud. As an Oracle Fusion Financials and HCM Manager, you will shape practical solutions, lead delivery teams and build trusted client relationships across major transformation, implementation and managed services engagements. You will influence programmes from solution design through deployment, support business development and help strengthen EY’s Oracle capabilities across public and private sector organisations.

Your key responsibilities

• Leading Oracle Fusion implementation, optimisation and transformation engagements.
• Designing end-to-end Oracle Cloud solutions that support clear business objectives.
• Facilitating client workshops, gathering requirements and shaping future-state processes.
• Managing blended delivery teams and supporting programme governance, risk and stakeholder engagement.
• Guiding testing, cutover, deployment and post-launch support.
• Contributing to proposals, client presentations and the development of colleagues and EY’s Oracle practice.

Skills and attributes for Success

• You will bring strong functional knowledge of Oracle Fusion Financials, Oracle Fusion Human Capital Management, or both, with the ability to translate business needs into practical cloud solutions.
• Financials expertise may include general ledger, payables, receivables, fixed assets, cash management, expenses, tax, procurement, projects, financial reporting or Cloud Accounting Hub.
• Human capital management expertise may include core human resources, payroll, recruiting, talent, performance, learning, benefits, absence, time and labour, helpdesk or workforce compensation.
• You will also communicate confidently, lead workstreams and build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.

Ideally, You’ll also have

Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud, reporting and analytics, Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence, BI Publisher, data migration, security and controls, managed services, or global and multi-country deployments would be valuable. Oracle Fusion Cloud certifications and experience in public services, financial services, utilities, telecommunications or large enterprise transformation programmes are welcomed but not essential.
