The Senior Manager, Paid Media & Growth Strategy at Sony Music leads UK-wide paid media strategy, aligning local campaigns with global frameworks. You’ll partner with UK Marketing, Relationship Management, and Global Paid Media to ensure scalable execution while guiding teams toward high-impact, data-driven growth.

You'll translate objectives into campaign direction, drive performance analysis, and advocate for innovative platforms and pilot programs across markets, with a focus on artist growth

Qualifications

• 4 to 5 years of paid media, digital advertising, growth or performance marketing experience.
• Strong understanding of major digital platforms and emerging channels.
• Experience turning objectives into actionable campaign direction.
• Ability to analyze data and present actionable strategic recommendations.
• Collaborative with cross-functional teams across marketing and sales.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of high-impact, full-funnel Paid Media strategies for UK labels and artists.
• Serve as primary Paid Media strategic partner for UK Relationship Managers and Marketing Strategists.
• Translate marketing objectives into actionable campaign direction for centralized Media Buying teams.
• Analyze campaign and market performance data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Develop strategic recaps, insights, and client-facing reporting leveraging platform KPIs.
• Collaborate with UK Marketing and Global Paid Media on planning, testing, and best practices.
• Identify opportunities to pilot new advertising products and emerging platforms.
• Support operational planning, budgeting, and reconciliation across the UK market.
• Provide strategic guidance across additional territories supported through the UK structure.
• Evaluate future regional support needs and scalability opportunities.
