Job summary

MSL Engineering Ltd is seeking an OSM Lead for Ringaskiddy in Cork. You will oversee off-site manufacturing processes, coordinating fabrication across CED, Workshop, OSM and Site teams while ensuring NDT requirements and QA/QC standards are met.

Qualifications

• Strong, in-depth knowledge of piping isometrics (essential).
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
• Competent user of EIDA and ISAMS systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Act as the coordination lead for all fabrication activities between CED, Workshop, OSM, and Site teams.
• Ensure all projects meet NDT requirements and coordinate with QA/QC Lead for execution.
• Manage QA/QC documentation (load plans, shipping lists, weld logs, NDT reports).
• Ensure Workshop Engineering Team adheres to the process flowchart and resolves isometrics queries.
• Prioritise off-site pipe fabrication to align with the schedule and liaise with Project Managers.
• Coordinate fabrication deliveries using load plans and review lookaheads for timely site delivery.
• Attend weekly production, scheduling, and QA meetings and ensure proper revision control.
