Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience on mechanical construction projects in relevant sectors (pharmaceutical, biotech, semi-conductor or Oil & Gas).
• Ability to read isometric drawings and interpret drawings to coordinate works.
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel; strong organisational and communication skills.
• Experience using Navis Works 3D modeling for project coordination.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate site activities with other trades.
• Produce weekly reports for line manager.
• Lead weekly toolbox talks.
• Attend whiteboard morning meetings.
• Ensure labour aligns with project program requirements.
• Maintain high-quality workmanship across works.
• Monitor subcontractor efficiency on site.
• Notify variations and delays to CM/PM.
• Ensure materials meet specifications on site.
• Coordinate storage of delivered materials safely.
• Ensure subcontractor plant/equipment are certified and safe.
• Address on-site health and safety issues.
• Review ways of working to improve safety where possible.
• Maintain high housekeeping standards for all subcontractors.
