Job summary

Egis Road and Tunnel Operation Ireland (ERTO) is recruiting a maintenance technician based at the Jack Lynch Tunnel. The role focuses on maintaining electrical and mechanical tunnel systems, managing maintenance records, and supporting shutdowns and closures in coordination with contractors.

Applicants should have 5 years of maintenance experience and be a fully qualified electrician, with strong MS Word/Excel/Outlook skills and familiarity with civil systems preferred.

Qualifications

• 5 years’ experience as a maintenance technician.
• Fully qualified electrician.
• Strong computer literacy – Word, Excel, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Maintain electrical and mechanical systems in tunnels.
• Manage records in Maintenance Management System and complete work orders.
• Supervise tunnel closures and coordinate with contractors.
