Mariam ADEME is seeking a senior, hands-on Product Manager responsible for safety and compliance on a large AI companion app with 50+ million users. You will work closely with engineers on moderation, age verification, and red-teaming, making trade-offs between safety, regulation, and product impact.

This is a fully remote role from Europe with a B2B contractor basis. Immediate start is expected, with a competitive annual package.

I am recruiting a senior, hands-on Product Manager owning safety and compliance on a large AI companion app (50+ million users). You work with engineers on moderation, age verification and red-teaming, make trade-offs between safety, regulation and product impact, and work directly with the CTO, Legal & Safety Lead and Product Lead. A product role, not a policy or legal one.

About the company and the contract:

• Fast-growing international consumer AI company. The product is an AI companion app with uncensored, adult-oriented content: full comfort with this is required.

• Fully remote from Europe, B2B contractor basis.

• Salary: 85 000 to 112 000 € gross per year, total package.
