Job summary

Primtac Personnel LTD is helping a well-established waste management company in Navan find a reliable C Licence Truck Driver. You’ll drive a bin truck on assigned routes, collect waste from homes and construction sites, and work with an experienced team to keep daily routes on track.

Expect early starts around 5:30am, Monday to Friday, 8–10 hour shifts, with bank holiday Saturdays paid at time and a half and Sundays/Mondays off for a long weekend.

Qualifications

• Valid C Licence
• Valid Driver CPC
• Valid Digital Tachograph Card
• Good English and the right to work in Ireland
• At least 6 months' experience driving a C Licence truck in Ireland
• Manual Handling Certificate is an advantage, but training can be provided if needed.

Responsibilities

What's the job? You'll be driving a bin truck, collecting waste from homes and construction sites on your assigned route. Safety is a top priority, and you'll be backed by an experienced team who'll help keep the day running smoothly.

What you'll be doing

The day-to-day:

• Monday to Friday
• Early starts (usually around 5:30am)
• Shifts are typically 8-10 hours
• Bank Holiday Saturdays only, paid at time and a half - with the Sunday and Monday off, giving you a long weekend.
