Job summary

Our client, a leading international healthcare organisation, is seeking a Treasury Systems & Implementation Specialist to join its Group Treasury function, based at Citywest Business Park. The role focuses on treasury technology, system enhancements, and transformation initiatives across the global treasury.

You will support TMS implementation, upgrades, migrations, and integrations; work with internal finance teams and external vendors; and provide training and governance support to

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience within treasury with exposure to treasury systems and technology.
• Experience supporting or leading TMS implementations, migrations, upgrades, or transformations.
• Strong understanding of treasury processes, banking infrastructure, and workflows.
• Experience with treasury systems, banking platforms, ERP integrations, or fintech solutions.
• Ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation, optimisation, and ongoing development of the Treasury Management System (TMS).
• Act as a key treasury subject matter expert for systems-related projects and process improvements.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders, finance teams, and external vendors on treasury technology initiatives.
• Assist with treasury system configuration, testing, UAT, and process documentation.
• Identify opportunities to streamline treasury processes through automation and improved system utilisation.
• Support banking system integrations and connectivity projects.
• Ensure treasury processes, controls, and workflows operate effectively within treasury platforms.
• Provide systems support and training to treasury and finance stakeholders as required.
• Support treasury governance and operational activities as part of the wider treasury team.

Job description

Our client, a leading international healthcare organisation, is seeking a Treasury Systems & Implementation Specialist to join its Group Treasury function.

This is an excellent opportunity for a treasury professional who has been involved in treasury system implementations, upgrades, migrations, or optimisation projects and is looking to play a key role in the ongoing development of a modern treasury environment.

The role is less focused on traditional treasury operations and cash management activities and more focused on treasury technology, systems enhancement, process improvement, and transformation initiatives across the global treasury function.

What will I be responsible for?

• Support the implementation, optimisation, and ongoing development of the organisation's Treasury Management System (TMS).
• Act as a key treasury subject matter expert for systems-related projects and process improvements.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders, finance teams, and external vendors to support treasury technology initiatives.
• Assist with treasury system configuration, testing, user acceptance testing, and process documentation.
• Identify opportunities to streamline treasury processes through automation and improved system utilisation.
• Support banking system integrations and connectivity projects.
• Ensure treasury processes, controls, and workflows are operating effectively within treasury platforms.
• Provide systems support and training to treasury and finance stakeholders where required.
• Support treasury governance and operational activities as part of the wider treasury team.

What makes me eligible to apply?

• 5+ years' experience within treasury, with exposure to treasury systems and technology.
• Experience supporting or leading a Treasury Management System implementation, migration, upgrade, or transformation project.
• Strong understanding of treasury processes, banking infrastructure, and treasury workflows.
• Experience working with treasury systems, banking platforms, ERP integrations, or financial technology solutions.
• Ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders across the business.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement skills.
• Professional treasury qualifications (ACT or equivalent) would be advantageous but are not essential.
• Treasury Management System implementation experience (Kyriba, FIS Integrity, Quantum, SAP Treasury, GTreasury, or similar).
• Experience managing banking integrations, SWIFT connectivity, host-to-host connectivity, or payment infrastructure projects.
• Background in treasury transformation, process optimisation, or finance systems projects.
• Experience operating within a multinational or complex corporate treasury environment.

This opportunity is a full-time permanent role, based in Citywest Business Park, Hybrid - 3 days onsite. Competitive salary and benefits package offered.
