Job summary

Artemis Human Capital are delighted to be partnering with an excellent family business to appoint an experienced Treasury Manager to join their finance function. This role oversees treasury activities across multiple units, banking relationships and currencies, ensuring robust controls and effective liquidity management in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• Senior treasury management experience in a high-volume environment
• Strong analytical capabilities and attention to detail
• Proven leadership and ability to develop teams
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Advanced Excel and systems aptitude
• Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of treasury operations across a diverse group structure with strong controls
• Lead and develop the treasury team, ensuring reconciliations and reporting are accurate and timely
• Manage complex cash flows and high-volume transactions with internal and external stakeholders
• Maintain funding levels and manage liquidity across multiple currencies
• Monitor short-term investments and foreign exchange exposures
• Identify opportunities to enhance treasury processes through automation and improvement initiatives
• Maintain governance framework and adherence to treasury policies
• Act as liaison with banking partners, auditors and service providers
• Collaborate with finance and operations to optimise cash management and treasury performance metrics
• Produce regular treasury reporting and provide insight for decision-making
• Assist on treasury-related projects and provide analytical support
• Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders
• Lead, mentor and develop the treasury team with accountability and continuous improvement
