Winthrop Technologies, a Dublin-based data centre delivery partner, seeks a Treasury Assistant to support cash, banking and debt management. You will work with the Treasury & Banking Lead in a fast-paced construction environment, focusing on processing payments, cash forecasting and reporting.

The successful candidate will have a finance or accounting degree, strong Excel skills, and an interest in treasury operations.

Qualifications

• 3rd level degree in Finance or Accounting or similar.
• Treasury or Accounting certification is an advantage.
• Minimum 1 year’s experience in a Treasury environment is an advantage.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office including Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Strong financial understanding with forecasting and analytical skills.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and process payments on banking platforms.
• Approve new payees and payment approvals as required.
• Bank account balance reporting and periodic cash balance reporting.
• Forecast cashflow and report actual vs forecast weekly/monthly.
• Treasury back office tasks including money market and FX deals.
• Set up and maintain bank accounts and AML/KYC compliance.
• Contribute to SOPs and automation of reporting.
