Bon Secours Health System Ireland is seeking an experienced EHR Trainer to support BonsConnect implementation, optimization and ongoing staff training across our hospital network. The role involves delivering engaging training programs, creating learning resources and providing hands-on support to staff before, during and after system changes.

Competenze
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Health Informatics, Nursing, Education, IT or related discipline.
- Proven experience delivering training to clinical and non-clinical staff.
- Experience with EHR implementations and go-live support.
Mansioni
- Deliver instructor-led EHR training for clinical and non-clinical staff in person and virtual.
- Develop and maintain training materials, guides, quick references and e-learning content.
- Provide hands-on go-live support and post-training assistance.
- Travel between hospital sites to deliver training and support.
- Engage with clinical, operational and technical stakeholders to tailor content.
- Ensure training aligns with privacy, regulatory and organisational policies.
