FCM Travel Solutions in Dublin is seeking an ambitious Business Development Manager to identify, develop, and win new business opportunities across Ireland. You will own the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, using prospecting, networking, and relationship-building to drive growth.

You will engage with key decision-makers, deliver compelling presentations, and position FCM’s travel solutions to meet client needs.

Qualifications

Proven 3+ years of B2B sales experience.
Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
Strong commercial awareness and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

Generating and qualifying new business leads through LinkedIn, networking, outreach, and cold calling.
Managing and converting a robust sales pipeline to achieve and exceed monthly targets.
Leading client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
Supporting RFP/RFQ processes and driving successful bid outcomes.
Building strong relationships with prospects, clients, and internal stakeholders.
Maintaining accurate sales activity and pipeline data within Salesforce.
Staying up to date with market trends, competitors, and FCM’s product offering.
Representing FCM at networking events, conferences, and client functions.
