Job summary

Dublin Rape Crisis Centre is seeking an experienced Education & Training Officer to design, develop and deliver high-quality learning experiences for diverse audiences. Reporting to the Education & Training Manager, you will shape survivor-centered education resources and policies within a collaborative team.

This role focuses on trauma-informed practice and compelling facilitation to support DRCC’s mission across Ireland.

Qualifications

• Experienced educator-trainer with strong facilitation skills and a commitment to trauma-informed, survivor-centred practice.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and deliver engaging training experiences for diverse audiences.
• Support the creation of survivor-focused resources and policies.
• Help shape DRCC's education and training offering in response to emerging needs.
