Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in document control, preferably for high-value projects.
• Knowledge of quality management and process improvement practices.
• Experience with document control relating to compliance, quality, and policies.
• Strong experience with document management systems, databases and software.

Responsibilities

• Monitor creation, tracking and storage of documents in a central repository.
• Develop and refine version control protocols and maintain historical versions.
• Manage distribution of documents to internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure all documentation adheres to policies, standards and regulatory requirements.
• Regulate access rights to safeguard sensitive information and ensure appropriate access.
