Job summary

SITA is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join the Operations at Airports and Baggage portfolio in Ireland. You will help elevate the engineering function, overseeing a broad range of products and a complex customer base, and support strategic transformation projects with a methodical approach.

In this role you will ensure work breakdown structures are in place, track milestones and risks, and provide regular updates to the Director of Engineering and the T&E Leadership team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, Aviation Management, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in project management.
• Communication: Sharing clear updates and listening to your team.
• Leadership: Guiding workers, building trust, and keeping everyone motivated.
• Problem-solving: Fixing sudden issues and thinking under pressure.
• Negotiation: Reaching fair agreements for the best interest of the project.
• Diligent: Highly detail oriented, ensuring tasks are decomposed.
• Methodical: Knowledge of PM frameworks; when to apply them.
• Ownership: Takes extreme ownership of the goal and inspires others.
