Job summary

Northern Trust seeks a Transformation Consultant for Investor Experience, Quality & Continuous Improvement in Limerick. Hybrid work model; you will drive structured, measurable change to improve operational performance, efficiency and the investor experience across Investor Services.

You will translate business challenges into well‑defined change initiatives, establish governance, and use data and approved technology to enhance performance, control and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering change, transformation, continuous improvement or operational excellence within financial services or another regulated environment.
• Demonstrated ability move initiatives from insight through delivery, adoption and benefits realisation.
• Practical knowledge of change governance, project delivery, process improvement, root‑cause analysis and risk management techniques.
• Strong analytical capability, with the ability to interpret data and translate insight into action.
• Experience assessing or implementing workflow, automation, self‑service, AI or other technology‑enabled improvements.
• Understanding of responsible technology adoption, including privacy, controls, risk and operational readiness.

Responsibilities

• Change intake, governance and prioritisation: co-own and strengthen the central channel; define statements, scope, outcomes, owners and success measures.
• Transformation delivery and benefits realisation: lead initiatives from opportunity to adoption and benefits realisation.
• Data, technology and innovation: identify opportunities to use AI, automation and platform capabilities with stakeholders.
• Operational performance, quality and risk: use QA/QC data to identify opportunities and embed controls.
• Stakeholder engagement and change adoption: communicate progress to senior stakeholders and promote change enablement.
