Job summary

Northern Trust in Limerick is seeking a Manager to supervise the investment operations team and drive performance in delivering holistic client investment data. You will coordinate with global client solutions staff on changes, onboarding, and workflow management.

The role requires deep knowledge of asset owners, performance measurement, private equity, and ABOR/IBOR reporting, plus advanced Excel and SharePoint skills.

Qualifications

• Experience managing an investment operations team.
• Experience working with complex asset owners (Endowments, Foundations, Family Offices, OCIOs, Pension Funds, Sovereign Wealth Funds).
• Deep knowledge of alternative assets (hedge funds, private equity).
• Understanding of private equity transactional impacts (TVPI, DPI, PIC).
• Accounting/reporting knowledge (IBOR, ABOR, TrueNAV).
• Knowledge of performance measurement concepts and benchmarks across asset classes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support Limerick team members in daily workflow execution.
• Coordinate with global client solutions staff on client changes, onboarding, and workflow management.
• Support manager in staff performance reviews.
• Review and manage client investment data including transactions, valuations, and reconciliations.
• Provide final review on daily/month-end output and data delivery.
• Support client onboarding sessions and planning.
• Develop training materials and lead trainings on daily operations and system capabilities.
• Participate in process-improvement discussions and documentation.
