Job summary

E‑Frontiers in Dublin is seeking a Transfer Pricing Assistant Manager to join our Dublin team on a permanent basis. You will work with Irish and multinational clients across advisory, documentation, controversy and audit-related matters.

You’ll lead client interviews, conduct functional and economic analyses, and collaborate with international teams while coaching junior members and supporting business development.

Qualifications

• Previous transfer pricing experience, ideally at Assistant Manager level or equivalent.
• Good knowledge of transfer pricing legislation and international frameworks.
• Experience with functional and economic analysis.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills; experience with economic analysis databases.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills; ability to manage projects across teams.

The Opportunity

We’re working with a leading professional services organisation that is looking for a Transfer Pricing Assistant Manager to join its Dublin team.

This is a great opportunity for someone with existing Transfer Pricing experience who is ready to take on greater responsibility, working with Irish and multinational clients across advisory, documentation, controversy and audit-related matters.

The Role

You’ll be involved across the full transfer pricing project lifecycle, including:

• Managing and supporting client engagements
• Leading client interviews and discussions
• Conducting functional and risk assessments
• Undertaking economic analyses and applying appropriate transfer pricing methodologies
• Building strong relationships with clients and wider tax teams
• Working collaboratively across international teams
• Supporting business development initiatives
• Coaching and supporting more junior team members

What We’re Looking For

• Previous Transfer Pricing experience, ideally at Assistant Manager or equivalent level
• Good knowledge of transfer pricing legislation and international frameworks
• Experience with functional and economic analysis
• Strong quantitative and analytical skillsExperience using economic analysis databases
• Strong communication and client-facing skills
• Ability to manage projects and work effectively across teams

Experience within financial services or with APA/MAP projects would be beneficial.
