Job summary

Engage People Recruitment is seeking an experienced Cash Management / Transaction Banking Sales professional to join a leading international financial institution’s corporate banking team. The role focuses on growing relationships and delivering tailored cash management solutions across a portfolio of clients.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in cash management or transaction banking, strong knowledge of European/international cash management solutions, and proven business development

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in Cash Management Sales or Transaction Banking.
• Strong knowledge of European/international cash management solutions.
• Experience advising clients and structuring complex solutions.
• Strong commercial and business development skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Credibility with senior clients and internal stakeholders.
• Relevant third-level qualification.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of corporate and institutional clients.
• Partner closely with Relationship Managers to identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Take a consultative approach to understanding client requirements and structuring solutions.
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of opportunities.
