Job Summary

This role will require occasional travel to InisCare’s offices located in Dublin, Meath, and Kildare.

Responsibilities

• Compliance and Standards: Adhere to all InisCare company policies and procedures and ensure you have a good understanding of same.
• Continuously update and develop all training programmes to meet InisCare staff needs.
• Analyse the effectiveness of all our training programmes and workshops.
• Collaborate with InisCare management to identify training needs for employee’s and schedule appropriate training
• Continuous Improvement: Promote a culture of continuous improvement by implementing best practices and innovative solutions to training needs
• Provide feedback to recruiters on potential new employees
• Oversee current employee’s renewal of mandatory training
