Job summary

Nua Healthcare is seeking a Training Facilitator to join our team in Ireland. The role involves delivering Foundation Safety Intervention training in classroom settings, supporting staff with ongoing education, and maintaining training records.

You will participate in induction programs and development initiatives to enrich service users’ lives and ensure compliance with healthcare standards. The successful candidate will receive full training and development, be highly motivated, and capable of

Qualifications

• Experience in adult learning and training delivery.
• Knowledge of standards and legislation relevant to the healthcare sector.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to engage and manage groups effectively.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and facilitate Foundation Safety Intervention training in a classroom setting.
• Provide Safety Intervention support training aligned with operational needs.
• Prepare and maintain all training documentation related to Safety Intervention.
• Serve as a point of contact and support for staff on all Safety Intervention training matters.
• Deliver and facilitate classroom-based training requirements across the organisation.
• Support the implementation of the New Employee Induction process.
• Assist in the coordination of the Management Development Programme.
• Maintain and update Training & Development records and assist with scheduling training events.
