Qualifications

• No formal qualifications are required; training will be provided.
• Previous experience in a support role or relevant life experience is desirable, but not essential.
• A positive attitude, willingness to learn and a genuine passion for supporting individuals to live fulfilling lives.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships.
• A full driving licence is required, or candidates must be actively working towards obtaining one.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support to individuals in residential and community-based settings.
• Assist with daily living activities, promote independence and safety.
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive environment and work across shift patterns as required.
