Qualifications

• Experience with cash handling and till balancing is a plus
• Familiarity with store operations and planograms is beneficial

Responsibilities

• Set and monitor sales targets with the team on gross margin and KPIs
• Participate in training, development, and performance assessments
• Merchandise and present the store to high standards per planograms
• Implement planograms and ensure correct product range in store

• Manage assigned departments and engage with new initiatives
